For example, the Town of Tewksbury is 13 times the size of Truro, but is looking at a DPW project that is 25% less cost than the $35 Million projected for Truro's DPW by Weston & Sampson. How did Tewksbury do it? Their Building Committee, Town Manager and staff worked with Weston & Sampson to adapt and reuse existing buildings on the existing site, just as the DPW Study Group has recommended for the DPW Campus at Town Hall Hill.
